Claudia was born and raised in Beacon, NY. She moved to Massachusetts in 2018 and currently lives in East Boston. Claudia is a holistic healer through her business Reiki with Claudia. She's been a Reiki practitioner since 2021 and recently graduated from Polarity Therapy training. She also created a menstrual product drive, Free (.), in 2019. Educating people about period poverty is a passion of hers.

YA dystopian novels hold a piece of her heart. She started writing Past Futures during a summer English class at community college. The idea for the novel came from her professor starting each class with a lecture on climate change. Claudia has been a climate activist ever since.

Claudia is a sucker for a good true love story, especially if it's set in the Victorian era. She loves an epic novel and typically chooses a book based on how daunting it looks. Almost any story can capture her attention from Cassandra Clare to Julia Quinn to Homer. The best books keep her up until 1 AM promising herself just one more chapter.
