Brittany L. Goshay is a college instructor. She began writing short stories in the 3rd grade and has always enjoyed reading, so much so that her mother subscribed to numerous magazines and the local newspaper, The Union Springs Herald. She also took Brittany to the historic Union Springs Public Library to support her love of reading, one of two local Carnegie libraries still operating in Alabama. She holds a BA in English and Journalism from Alabama State University and a Master of Science in Post-Secondary Education from Troy University. Brittany is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). No Mercy is her first novel, a fictional account of her sister who has cerebral palsy.
