I’m Angela Solomon—mama of four, doggy mom to my Goldendoodle Coco, founder, storyteller, and a Bronx-born-and-Brooklyn-raised girl with grit in her bones and purpose in her pen. I’ve been running my own staffing and coaching firm for 20 years—yes, two full decades of building careers, creating access, and helping companies and people get their whole lives together. This September, we’re celebrating that milestone, and trust me, it’s not just a business anniversary—it’s a legacy in motion.

But long before I was placing executives or coaching leaders, I was writing. Always writing. It’s how I made sense of the world around me—and how I dreamed up the one I wanted to help create. I’ve always known I was meant to be an author. A speaker. A truth-teller who doesn’t water herself down. I want to write books that hit like gospel, speak on stages that shake rooms, and tour the world showing up exactly as I am.

My debut book, Flex & Flow: The Precision Playbook for Corporate Power is part memoir, part cultural gut check, and all heart. It’s for the shapeshifters. The code switchers. The ones who’ve been told to be "professional" at the cost of their peace. It’s not just about my story—it’s about the systems we’re all navigating and the bold future we’re building beyond them.

When I’m not running my company or writing, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking for my tribe, on my Peloton sweating out the day, curled up with a great book, or binge-watching a show that makes me laugh, cry, or question the whole system. I lead with heart—always have, always will.

This book isn’t a side project.
It’s the next chapter in a life built on purpose.
